Roof CleaningRoof Cleaning & Biocide Treatment, Wareham
Soft wash moss and algae removal on a clay tile roof in Wareham. Before and after treatment with biocide application to inhibit future growth. Access scaffold included.
Roof RepairsClay Tile Eaves — Failing Mortar Bed (Before)
Before condition at eaves level on a clay tile roof: displaced tiles, failed mortar bed, peeling fascia, and debris build-up visible from the scaffold working platform. Investigation identified full eaves strip and re-mortar as required.
Roof RepairsGable Verge Failure — Mortar & Pointing (Before)
Close-up of a badly deteriorated gable verge on a clay tile roof: tiles lifting off, cement pointing crumbled away, and battens exposed. This type of failure causes water ingress directly into the wall. Full verge strip and re-bed carried out.
ScaffoldingScaffold Eaves Access — Clay Tile Re-Bed
Working platform at eaves level during a clay tile re-bedding job. Scaffold tube, coupler, and boards provide a safe, stable base for mortar work at height — no ladders, no shortcuts.
Roof CleaningMoss-Covered Concrete Tile Roof — Inspection (Before)

Roof RepairsSite Survey — Concrete Tile Roof Assessment
SwanDor operative on site with ladder during a pre-quote inspection of a concrete tile bungalow. We always carry out a thorough assessment before quoting — no guesswork, no surprises.
Pitched RoofingPhased Re-Roof — Strip & Batten Alongside Existing Slate
Two adjacent pitches photographed mid-programme: the left pitch retains original slate while the right has been fully stripped, new Foliarex underlay laid, and battens fixed. Phased approach minimises the time the property is open to the weather.
