Emergency Roof & Scaffolding Response
When disaster strikes, you need someone you can trust to respond quickly and get the job done right. We're here when you need us.
Got an emergency right now?
Call us immediately. Do not wait.
We Handle
All Types of Roofing Emergencies
Storm Damage
High winds, heavy rain, and falling debris can strip tiles, damage flashings, and breach your roof in minutes. We respond quickly to assess damage, make temporary repairs to stop water ingress, and plan permanent solutions.
Active Leaks
Water coming through your ceiling is a crisis. We will get to you as fast as possible, locate the source of the leak, and make it watertight. We will then quote for proper permanent repairs once the immediate problem is solved.
Fallen Tiles & Slates
Missing tiles expose your roof to water damage that spreads rapidly. We replace fallen tiles, re-bed ridge tiles, and secure loose slates before small problems become major repairs.
Chimney Damage
Chimney stacks are vulnerable in storms. Loose pots, crumbling mortar, and leaning stacks are dangerous and cause water damage. We make chimneys safe and watertight, then carry out full repairs.
Flat Roof Failures
When flat roofs fail through splits, bubbles, or uplifted edges, water gets in fast. We carry out emergency patches and temporary weatherproofing, then schedule proper re-covering.
Scaffolding Emergencies
Need emergency scaffold for safe roof access? We can have scaffolding on site quickly when urgent repairs are needed. We also respond to scaffolding that has been damaged or made unsafe by storms.

Emergency Repairs FAQs
What counts as an emergency?
Active water ingress, dangerous structures, storm damage still ongoing, or anything that will get significantly worse if not addressed immediately. A small drip that has been there for weeks is not an emergency, but we will still fix it promptly.
Do you charge more for emergencies?
We charge fairly for the work done. Emergency call-outs may incur a call-out fee, but our hourly rates and material costs remain the same. We do not exploit emergencies to overcharge.
What hours are you available?
Our office is open Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm. For genuine emergencies outside these hours, leave a voicemail and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Can you help with insurance claims?
Yes. We provide detailed quotes, photographs, and written descriptions of damage for your insurance claim. We have worked with all major insurers and understand what they need.
What if I just need temporary repairs?
That is fine. Sometimes a temporary fix is all that is needed while you arrange permanent work, funding, or planning permission. We will make your property watertight and leave you to decide on next steps.
Do you cover all of Dorset?
Yes. Swanage, Poole, Bournemouth, Wareham, Dorchester, Weymouth, Christchurch, Wimborne, and everywhere in between. For emergencies, we prioritise by severity and proximity.
Don't panic. Call us.
We'll get your property safe and dry as quickly as possible.
